The Florida Orchestra’s Sing Out Tampa Bay Moves To Coliseum

The Florida Orchestra’s popular Sing Out Tampa Bay concert returns May 14, 2025 with a new venue, the historic Coliseum in St. Petersburg, the orchestra announced today. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just love to belt out your favorite tunes, this is your opportunity to take the stage with Music Director Michael Francis and TFO for an uplifting community sing-along. Registration is open now for the onstage community chorus of singers from throughout Tampa Bay.

TFO is excited to present this pay-what-you-can community sing-along concert in a historic community landmark such as The Coliseum, which recently celebrated its 100th anniversary. The concert includes familiar favorites from Broadway, film, symphonic and popular repertoire. There are two ways to participate:

• Onstage chorus: Singers must register in advance for the onstage chorus, conducted by Maestro Francis. Church or other groups are welcome, no training or auditions required. A $40 fee includes music, rehearsals and T-shirts. To register, go to FloridaOrchestra.org or click here. Space is limited, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to register is March 14, 2025.

• Or patrons can simply sing along from the audience. General admission is pay what you can at the door.
